Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The panoramic view from the balcony was breathtaking and the food was exceptional. The hike up to the town center was short and easy, and we found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The staff were friendly, offering helpful suggestions on places to visit. the atmosphere was peaceful, and the clean room offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The moisture in the room, which made everything feel damp, including the bedding. the staff's English was not great, which made communication difficult on occasion.
